1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stak website (mystak.co) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Stak provides custom business operating system design and implementation services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement signed by both parties prior to work beginning.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Stak retains ownership of any proprietary processes, templates, or frameworks used in the delivery of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Stak's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. In no event shall Stak be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
6. Revisions
Each project agreement specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly rate specified in the project agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stak operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
